- Commercial concrete projects
- Retaining walls and masonry
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any price adjustments before beginning work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Project Timeline
While we strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural wear and tear.
Property Access and Safety
By hiring our services, you grant us access to your property for the duration of the project. We maintain proper insurance and follow all safety regulations. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring the work area is accessible.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for materials purchased and work completed.
Limitation of Liability
ProntoWay Bremerton Concrete will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
